An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My service was good. Louis was a little late but he was nice enough to call to let me know he'd be running late and the office called as well. He even helped me out by replacing my flickering florescent bulb. He was also really respectful as he took his boots off when he walked in the front door in order to keep the house clean.

Sorry we were late. We know the average time a service call takes but sometimes things don't go as planned and we end being a little late. Also, sometimes the repairs are faster than average and we end up asking customers to allow us to come early. For 92% of the service calls we arrive within our time frame.
