Jamie and his crew fixed two flat roofs for us. They were professional, worked hard and always looked out for our best interests. The quality of work was high and they also helped us with some other things around the house because they have a Customer First approach. Jamie also has excellent character. Jamie injured himself at another job site by making sure his crew member didn't get hurt. Despite this injury, he put time in his schedule to come back for some follow up work to our roofs. Excellent company! Use Jamie and his crew if you want to get things done well.

Collen and his team were true professionals and easy to work with. The quality of their work is exceptional (I've seen the shoddy work done by others in my neighbourhood who still have water issues). The crew of Marley, Nigel, and Emerson came early, worked long and hard and made sure everything was done well. BFR are one of the few contractors who do what they say, do it well, and aren't a pain to deal to with (i.e. I didn't have to chase them around, they weren't late, they didn't try to cut corners). Thanks BFR!

The whole team was great. Dan was very informative and gave me great advice on where I'd get my bang for buck. Jen and Diane were super in coordinating logistics and the crew came in and were professsional and quick. Friendly, fast and fantastic service. Highly recommend.

They all provided excellent service from beginning to end. From the initial call with Mark to the two technicians who showed up, Helder and Luke, they were friendly, knowledgable, and did a top notch job. They actually called me the day off to confirm the appointment and actually showed up early. The duct cleaning went smooth and they provided great advice to us for ongoing maintenance and care. Ryan and Luke were absolutely perfect to work with. They were very knowledgable, pleasant, professional, patient and overall very easy to work with. They took the time to work with us in design and structure, going out of their way to explain things and propose solutions. They went out of their way in some areas to make sure the smallest details were pefect so we would be happy. Absolute quality - Exceptional value! Everything about them was professional. They were polite and courteous. They called to confirm times and give more exact times to when their staff would arrive. Staff arrived early and were educational and helpful. I really got the sense they were looking at for me. They were flexible in pricing and the proposed work. They arrived on time, they worked really hard and went over and beyond what they promised. I'm very happy and would recommend them.
