I first met Nate when he dealt with an air conditioning issue in my previous home . I was impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm and his ability to solve the problem inexpensively. Since then, I've used Distinct several times: for furnace repair in the last home and an air conditioning installation in my new home today. He provided a reasonable quote last fall for the installation. As usual the appointment was confirmed, the techs showed up on time and the whole job was completed in a timely manner with no mess. They answered all my questions and worked to successfully solve a persisting whine from the basement ducts that had been there since possession. Distinct are not the cheapest on the market but I believe you get all that you pay for and more, peace of mind being uppermost. I wouldn't use anyone else for any HVAC requirements.
