I was very nervous hiring a contractor to renovate our basement by adding in a new bathroom and laundry room because of many horror stories told by people I know. My sister had no kitchen for 11 months because her contractor did not come back. My friend had to sue her contractor to make they come back to fix her damp basement walls. When Edwin first came to give us an estimate, I knew right away that he was trustworthy. He points out the pros and cons in many design elements and recommend a design that suits our needs and budget. His people came every day and continued with the job till completion. He does regular checks on the progress. His team of people are professionals in all aspects; in the way they communicate to the customers and explain any questions we had. We've made several design change along the way. Edwin was always accommodating because wanted us to be happy with the renovation. After the job was done we had a few issues minor issues. He immediately came and fix up the issues. We called him several times with minor stuff. He ALWAYS came back to inspect. I would highly recommend his service without any hestiation.!
