Fabulous product, but the most dishonest company I think I've ever dealt with. The salesman promised us some extras to close the deal, but when it came time to deliver, he denied having done so. We had to show the company emails to get them to (finally) acknowledge and cover the extras. The roofers put in the wrong (cheaper, not breathable) membrane, and if my husband hadn't climbed on the roof to take pictures each night and been savvy about which product should have been used on which parts of the roof, we would have had a leaky roof deck in 5-10 years. Reluctantly, because we wouldn't pay the balance until this was remedied, and only once Interlock knew we had photos, the company came back and tore part of the roof off and replaced it with the correct membrane. The roofers waited until we'd left the house before quickly packing up their car with the extra product they hadn't used on our roof, but had billed us for. Luckily, we returned home early and my husband took photos, and again, the company only credited us for the difference in product once they learned that we had photographic evidence. While we ended up with a great roof for a price we think is fair, I would never ever recommend Interlock to anyone, since most people, including myself, do not have the building knowledge to avoid being systematically ripped off by this company.
