Cannot say enough great things about this company. Owner Dmitri answered my late evening call when my home was without heat as a result of an old and failing furnace. Attended my home the very next day and an accurate and honest inspection determined it was time for replacement. Had a new furnace installed a couple days later. Dmitri and his team did an outstanding job - efficient, professional, honest to the utmost degree, no upselling, more than fair pricing. I was patiently guided through the entire process of the job and financing process, and provided a full explanation of the entire install every step of the way. I cannot imagine a better furnace installation experience, or a better HVAC company than Heatmaster Services. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any and all heating or cooling needs. 100% excellent in every way, highly recommend, and will definitely be a repeat loyal customer for any future HVAC needs or fireplace servicing, etc. A huge Thank you to Dmitri, Ian, and all of his team members!! Needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced after it broke, and had DRD Plumbing come in for the job. They were quick, efficient, and got the job done in no time at all. They are professional, and pleasant to deal with, and charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone, which was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend for all plumbing jobs, will definitely hire them again if needed.

They put in a great amount of effort to remove whatever item(s) you may have to be hauled away. No matter how daunting the task may be, they try extremely hard to remove it from your home.
