We hired continental flooring to install wood floors in our home (previously only had carpet) and to refinish the stairs and install railing as well. We are so happy with the work. The floors and stairs look incredible, and they were also extremely professional, pleasant to deal with, communicated on their process, worked long days to get the job done, and had extremely high quality of work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for new wood floors.

Central AC and New Furnace Sales rep Justin was great and explained everything, and the installation went well and was on time. My only complaint is that at the sales discussion we were told that the AC and furnace we were getting would qualify for the government rebate, but after the units were installed, we realised that they put in a different model than promised, and therefore we did not qualify for the full rebate. This was really disappointing. I also found in frustrating to try and get a follow up appointment regarding a small leak - despite making an appointment the technician never showed up (because I missed his phone call even though I was home waiting for him!) I found this really frustrating and am so far disappointed with the customer service. Not sure that I would recommend Reliance to others

Ron was a professional, friendly and thorough home inspector. He and his brother did a complete home inspection report for us in a very timely manner, were reliable and answered all of our questions, as well as advice over what should be fixed right away versus a "nice to have". I would highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a home inspection

I got a number of quotes for re-pointing our chimney. Majority of "masons" said that the chimney should come down and be re-bricked. Aitalia gave us an actual quote for re-pointing, which is what we needed, which was a third of the cost of other companies' estimates to re-build it all. They showed up on time (early) on a Saturday and were done by noon. It was clear they took pride in their work as masons and I was very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend this company for masonry expertise.

We had an emergency sewage back-up from our basement drain. I called a number of plumbers and Mr Rooter was the only one with availability to come immediately. He was at our house within an hour. He investigated a number of possible reasons for the backup and did a thorough inspection of all of our stacks and pipes. After identifying the issue he was able to solve the problem (don't use Charmin toilet paper!) and was complete by 12:30. For 3+ hours of investigation and hard/messy work I considered $600 extremely reasonable, and will definitely call Mr. Rooter for our next plumbing job, whether it is emergency or not. Would highly recommend!

After getting comparable quote from a number of roofing companies, I went with R.J. Monahan based on a recommendation from a family member. He was very punctual, professional, and really took the time to explain everything he was going to do. It is clear that he understands what we needed and what we didn't, rather than just giving us a standard package. R.J. and his son did all of the roofing in a few days as scheduled, despite some challenging weather. I have been impressed with the quality of the roof since that time and would recommend him to anyone
