The backlight on my 9-year-old Samsung SyncMaster 173T LCD Monitor was switching off every so often. I really didn't want to replace the monitor as its picture quality was still excellent and it had a somewhat rare mount that allowed me to turn it to portrait mode. I called up Oscar and he was able to drop by that day and pick up the monitor. He was really courteous throughout the entire transaction and the very next day he presented me with the fixed monitor! It's been over a week and it's still as good as new! Thanks Oscar!
