We needed our unit moved so we could better use our patio space and reduce noise. Some Homestars companies didn't even respond. Furnace family responded, friendly and quickly. Came out and reviewed our request, quoted same day and pricing was on the nose for our budget. Quickly booked them, and Jeff arrived on time as promised, finished the job in the time he said. We had smoke coming from our socket and one call to Rob and he was round next day. Diagnosed problem due to age of house and the team he sent was on time, courteous, professional, friendly and tidy. You worry about whether you are getting a company that's good or that they gouge you for a job. These guys took a full day to do the job and there was no slacking believe me.
