Work done: laminate flooring installation in living room and hallway, in addition to new baseboards and their painting. Plumbing work for the bathtub was also done, as was a new plastic bathtub and shower enclosure. Pros: quick work, good value, thorough cleanup. Cons: laminate flooring was not installed properly in the hallways because the door casings weren't actually cut to allow the laminate to slide under. Instead, the laminate itself was cut to fit around the casings, and the resulting gap was filled with caulking. Also, there's a small gap in the floors of one of the closets. Regardless, I would still hire and recommend L.O.O.

After speaking with their gentlemanly and courteous salesman/estimator, Moore & Russell was chosen to supply and install a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace. The installers were friendly, and took care to ensure the cover for the venting was properly level and aligned. Although that was very much appreciated, we're sorely disappointed that they walked on our basement carpets with their shoes on. The mess was very evident. Fortunately, it was a dry day and a quick vacuuming on our part cleaned up everything.

Needed to restore basement due to ruptured water heater. Laminate flooring, baseboards, drying of walls, and finishing was required. There were a several problems with workmanship, damages, and clean-up, but once the project manager followed-up, everything was taken care of. Their point man was very professional and courteous, as were the 2 gentlemen who did the demolition and prep work.
