We purchased 3 new appliances to replace our old ones. GTA Heating & Appliance Repair returned my call within an hour of contacting them. I explained that we had purchased 3 new appliances and needed them installed and that we would need the old ones disconnected as well. Toni was very professional and ensured that he would be able to do all the work. He was very willing to work around our delivery window and arrived promptly. He was uninstalled the old appliances and assisted me in removing them from the house to the garage and curb. He unpackaged the new appliances and checked that they were not damaged and then began the install. Toni explained the process every step of the way and our gas stove and dishwasher install went smoothly. Toni made sure the appliances worked properly and had no leaks or issues. A fabulous experience dealing with Toni and GTA Heating and Appliance Repair. Again, a 10+ experience and just a pleasure dealing with such a polite and professional company. The final price was reasonable and fair and did not exceed the quote. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Toni is coming back to install our new Fridge once it arrives. We had a Bumble Bee nest in a brush pile we wanted to remove. Being highly allergic to bees we contacted A.N.D. It's Gone Pest Control! Ashley returned my call promptly asking for more details regarding our situation. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. She came out promptly the following morning and walked me through every step of the process she would utilize to remove the Bumble Bee nest. The Bee's were gone the next day, and now the brush pile is too! I will definitely be using her services for any future pest control needs and would highly recommend the company. The price was reasonable and the work guaranteed. It was a great experience dealing with someone who enjoys and is knowledgeable about their work, was efficient at doing the job, and who has a great personality. We will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Had Captain Electric come out to the house to give us a quote on installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans. We have aluminum wiring and we wanted the job done properly. They pulled light panels, switches, and outlets to see how things were wired. While here I asked if they could look at the front hall light and outdoor lights by front door and garage as they had stopped working a couple of days ago. Nate and Zac were terrific investigated the cause and traced it back to an outlet. They discovered that an outlet had shorted and the wires had arced causing the wiring to melt. Rewired the outlets and switches to make them safe. Both Zac and Nate were professional, went out of their way to educate my wife and I about aluminum wiring and why they would recommend rejuvenating/upgrading the outlets and switches and make them code compliant. They were at our home for 4 hours at least 3 of which were dedicated to finding and repairing the problem to their satisfaction and code. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and we will definitely use Captain Electrics services again. The quote we were provided with is reasonable and the dedication shown to finding and fixing the electrical issue while here outstanding. Just a great experience! A big thank you to Zac and Nate!

Our Kenmore dishwasher stopped working and would not power up. Contacted Energytech and spoke with a representative who took my information about the machine and then promptly arranged a service call. Phoned at 9:30 am and service technician was at my home by 1:00 pm that day. Very polite, efficient and did not mind my 3 year old watching over his shoulder. Had the repair made in under an hour, tested the machine to make sure it was operating properly. Best service I have ever had from a company. Will use them again and I have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks guys a great experience!
