We discovered that people we know have bed bugs and visit us regularly and we found what we thought were bed bug skin shedding's in a bed. I contacted Mr. Akram and we discussed the concerns and he came for an inspection the same day promptly. Mr. Akram completed an inspection and found no evidence of bed bugs currently. He suggested that we may want to take precautionary measures by purchasing bed encasement covers and bed bug tents which we did and he also suggested to obviously be very careful of those visitors of ours. We found Mr. Akram to be a pure gentleman and kind soul being honest, caring, understanding and reassuring and he never exerted any pressure whatsoever. We highly recommend his services and his approach to this difficult situation.
