Our recent renovation involved a lot of lighting decisions and electrical work. The LED team guided us through the process and gave us a detailed quote which was catered to our budget and needs. Along the way, Jamie and his crew were professional, friendly, and super tidy. It felt like they were going above and beyond with every task and consulted with us to ensure any decision was the right one. Whether it was the placement of lights, or the number of outlets needed for a family of five, they anticipated our needs and made things happen. They also worked really well with our contractor and designer. They left us with lighting and electrical work that have improved the look and feel of our home. We highly recorded for work of any scope or size.

At first I thought Nate was going to be great. Every single Homestars review was great. He promised to get rid of the animals in our walls and deliver a three-year guarantee they wouldn't return. I liked him so much I paid an extra $400 to get the ants removed from our home... So, after a total of $1100 the animals in the walls are still here, keeping us up at night. He refuses to answer my texts, he finally returned about three months after the initial work and dozens of texts pleading for help... It was about 10pm. He felt he found where the squirrels were getting in from and installed a one way door and told me to let him know how it went. No improvement whatsoever. No response to my texts. I've waited to write this review because I hate to hurt someone's business but I have no choice. In fact, tomorrow I'm calling a different company to get the animals out. This 3-year guarantee is meaningless. Why not make it a lifetime guarantee? It doesn't matter. My kids can't sleep because of the loud scraping noises at bedtime. We're waking up at all hours and worry about what damage is happening in the walls. He did the work in JULY. I do not recommend OWLS for pest control. Go elsewhere.

Don't be fooled... We had horrible service from this company and its proprietor 'Wayne'. It started off OK -- but our headaches began when they came to remove the bin and the driver dragged it along our driveway for about 15 feet. It destroyed our new crushed terracotta driveway. He charged my credit card for the service and assured me he'd repair the damage and never did. I told him I'd repair it and he agreed to pay for the damage. And never has. I filed a a complaint with the better business bureau and he has either misrepresented the situation or ignored them. What a classy guy. Stay away from Blue Envinronmental or his other 'company' East-West Disposal. He's located near Commissioners St in the Port Lands. We've had excellent service from Romano. I'm sorry we didn't stick with him in the first place... It would have saved us hundreds of dollars.
