Penfolds Roofing helped us with our home roof replacement after another roofing companies crew accidently came to our house last summer and started to remove our cedar shake roof by mistake - the final resolution was to authorize Penfolds Roofing to come in a replace our entire roof. The Penfolds crew was very efficient, cleaned up each day and even worked a Saturday to keep to the schedule. We needed a replacement of our 18 year old furnace and our aging 12 year leaking hot water tank (60gal). Joyce Heating has been a long time contractor for us for over 20 years with our rental properties and when I contacted them for our own house - they promptly sent out Mike to access the situation. First remark was that our HW tank was already leaking and could have blown out at any time... 2nd - Mike spent an hour measuring and giving me the options on what I could do for both the furnace and HW tank. We agreed on the cost and I found that very reasonable - Diane also sent us all of the possible links to rebates from FORTIS... The job was completed on the scheduled date. Dave and Mike were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing - fully tested the systems and explained how they were setup and any on-going maintenance required. They completely cleaned up all the old gear and left the location only requiring a quick sweep... I would 100% recommend Joyce Heating for any residential HVAC work.
