I had my shingles replaced by Amilcar at Oxxo Roofing. He's a nice guy and got the job done in good time, and at a reasonable price based on comparable quotes, but since the job was done I have had a leak at the junction between the shingles and a chimney flue. I have called to have him re-look at this area, but has never returned my call. I would have recommended him based on the original work, but the follow up is a deal breaker for me, and probably should be for anyone.

Salesperson: Cy Installers: Randy and Alan Great installation. Professional, neat, friendly installers. The install took about 4 hours, and the guys even tried to time their noisy drilling and banging around our daughter's nap schedule. The unit is working well, and the install looks clean and finished. They cleaned up, took their shoes off inside our house, and explained everything as they did the work. Great experience.
