We are very satisfied with Gennadiy and his team. They replaced our eavestroughs throughout our entire house and even added new downspouts. They were polite, punctual and professional and it shows in their work. They gave us a reasonable price and when the job was completed, they called back to make sure we were satisfied. -The tub was delivered on one day and the gazebo on another. Everyone was so professional and polite yet they were also friendly and happy. When we were shopping around for our tub, Bjorn (from Backyard Retreat) made a great first impression. We appreciated his honesty and he was not pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. He is an expert and yet he explained everything in an easy flow. We shopped around for about a month before we made our decision to buy; Bjorn made it easy. He asked us what our budget was and what bells and whistles we needed with this tub. We told him and he gave it to us. When we needed a jet repaired it was changed quickly. Bjorn is a man of his word and he took care of us. We love our hydropool and we use it almost everyday. Needing a new roof, I read reviews and met with 4 different companies. After meeting with Max of Twin Peaks Roofing, I found his knowledge of roofing and materials priceless. His quote/price was also competitive with others. Max's team showed up at 7:30 am, which was on time and date specified. It was very refreshing that everything was completed as agreed upon. Twin Peaks did not surprise me with any extra costs. The crew was very polite and hard working. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up. We were thrilled with the finished product; the roof makes our home look stunning. Great job!! I will highly recommend Twin Peaks to my neighbours and friends.
