Ordered a 40 gallon hot water tank to be installed which replaced my current 65 gallon tank. Installer got to the home (which is my rental so I was not there) and decided not install the 40 gallon tank as he figured I would want a 65 gallon. I was away on holidays which I told the lady when I booked the appt so I was not able to be reached. Because of this the installer just decided on his own that he didn't want to install it and left. I phoned when I returned from holidays only to speak to a rude call taker who basically blamed me for why the tank wasn't installed. Because of the poor service I decided not to rebook. A day later I came to notice that my credit card had been charged $63 for a service call. Spend some money on your customer service Pete instead of expensive commercials.
