This fall, Zion and his crew replaced the dilapidated mismash of poles and planks surrounding the back yard of my midtown century home with an absolutely stunning modern cedar fence. The process was phenomenal, and months later the work itself still makes me smile every morning when I look out the window; it's just that good. To put it simply, Zion has the eye of an artist and the mind of an engineer. He's obsessive about the quality of his work, and was happy to spend the time needed to tailor the right solution to my needs and situation. He brought a crew that was skilled, punctual, polite, and conscientious; they were a pleasure to have around. Materials were top-notch, from western red cedar to stainless steel fasteners. Equally importantly, at least for those of us living in the city with neighbors in close proximity and restricted site access, Zion is incredibly good with people - which means that things which might otherwise have been problems simply weren't. If you're thinking about replacing a fence or deck, do yourself a huge favor and call Zion. He's the best!

We hired A&A to address some water issues we had been experiencing in our old fieldstone foundation century home. This entailed carefully digging out the front and back by hand due to obstructions, repairing and parging the foundation, installing a waterproof exterior membrane and window well, then regrading. Communication was tremendous from start to finish and drove an ideal outcome. Scoping the work with Dan was a breeze, and Dominic (the foreman) was outstanding to work with - extremely knowledgeable and responsive and always mindful of both function and aesthetics. His team was skilled, conscientious, and professional; we were really quite impressed. In short, we couldn't be happier with the work or people - thanks A&A!

Thanks Nick! Unlike many companies, our waterproofing division can handle both masonry and waterproofing, which is especially valuable in dealing with those old foundations. --Andy

The house that recently I purchased came complete with relatively new but staggeringly ill-conceived eavestroughs. The result was neither functional nor aesthetically appealing. Pierce thoroughly reviewed the existing configuration in person and devised a number of changes to correct these deficiencies. Scoping and scheduling the work with Myriam was a breeze, and the crew arrived like clockwork. All work was performed exactly as specified and the attention to detail was stellar. I couldn't be happier!

I really couldn’t be happier with the service that Templar provided in the removal of asbestos and mouldy drywall from my furnace room. I called Robert to request an estimate and David came by later the very same day. He was thorough, informative, patient, and reassuring. The quoted price was in line with the nearest competitor, but the David’s greater depth of experience and attention to detail was obvious. We scheduled a date and David and his team arrived on time and performed the work exactly as described, taking great care to isolate the affected area with containment chambers and negative air pressure. They were quiet, courteous, and professional throughout the process. Thank you for making what I had feared would be a messy and nerve-wracking process quick, easy, and entirely stress-free.
