David was great and did very clean work and setup. Had a few issues with my internet provider getting my modem into bridge mode. David was very patient and helped fix all issues and got it working right. Highly Recommended!!!

We undertook a bathroom renovation this month. I got 4 estimates from different general contractors. After interviewing the contractors, we decided to go with Zenith Reno (Daniel). He said he would come at 9AM on a Saturday to see the project details and he was right on time. We already got a good impression from his punctuality since many of the other contractors were late or didn’t show up or rescheduled without any care for our time. Daniel seemed very confident in his skills to do the all the plumbing, tiling, electrical, paint, etc. He provided a detailed estimate outlining the work and schedule by email that same night in a very professional manner. After discussing with him the time frame from beginning to finish, we signed with him. The project would take 10 days to complete. From the first day he got the necessary materials and started the demo, Daniel and his co-worker were on time. He dumped all the garbage the first day and started the framing the shower opening the next day. His planning for each day of work was exceptional and there were no dead days of work. Daniel and his contractor worked late on many days including Saturday to complete certain parts to be ready for the next day. The work ethic was really amazing to see. Before starting the demo, they ensured the house stairs were fully covered and they put drop mats where required for their work area. They were very careful and respectful of my house and furniture. All the tile-cutting, sawing and messy work were all done in my garage to not affect inside the house. It was a major bathroom remodel after all, so there was dust and other debris as to expected. They rough cleaned every day after their work. He delivered the final bathroom even a day ahead of schedule. When he needed any additional materials, I would get them for him to not avoid any skillful work that he needed to do on-site. He did not take any shortcuts on the job and actually saved us money by using as much of tiles without opening new boxes which we are also able to return. The day after the final product was delivered and payment was already made, we thoroughly cleaned the entire bathroom and we noticed minor cosmetic issues with the caulking and paint. I took pictures and called Daniel. I was not sure if he would answer or show up considering the issues were minor and we already made the final payment. He promptly answered my call and came the same day to see the issues. Wow! He rectified all the small issues that same day to our satisfaction. He seems to take much pride in his work and wants to ensure everything is to our standards and satisfaction. He really went above and beyond our expectations from the beginning of the reno to even after the project was completed. Doing other renos in my house before, Daniel was the most responsive during the day and even night to any and all issues / changes that we wanted. His tile work, electrical, plumbing was very well done. The mosaic wall he did with mirrors was amazing. Daniel’s recommendations throughout the process were also very helpful to us in making certain changes. He notified us each day what he would be doing and what would be ready to do the next day. Again, his planning was amazing. We received many compliments on our new bathroom and a neighbor of mine already wants to use him for his bathroom reno project. A+ on his punctuality, responsiveness, respectfulness, planning, actual work and after project support. Highly recommended!!!

I hired Ecotech Windows to replace all my windows and front door. Mark was a pleasure to deal with from the initial quote to the date of installation. While not being the cheapest of the quotes I received, I felt assured in the type of windows and door product being used and the installation process. The installers were on time as scheduled. They worked diligently and suprisingly without any breaks to complete the job at hand. I was very impressed how fast they worked. The cleanup was good. I did have a couple of issues with the door installation and the installation area around of the windows. But the installer was accomodating in coming up with a reasonable solutions to the issues. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product (so far but time will tell) and the installation of the windows. Great job guys, would definitely recommend Ecotech. :)
