Flame in my Lennox furnace wouldn't stay on today and the temperature dropped 10F at this freezing night. Left AdvanPro emergency line a msg at 8:22pm, got a call back at 8:35pm with clear cost estimation, service man (Brad) showed up at 10pm, fixed the furnace by replacing my old thermocouple to a newer model by 10:15pm. 10:35pm I am writing this review and is very warm and happy. Thank you so much Brad for the prompt service and advices! Reasonable price for evening service call+labour+parts ~= $300

Found Ducky's on homestar and I have to agree with all the good reviews. Andy is an awesome plumber. He was able to respond to my problem very quickly. He even spent time to help during thanksgiving holiday with a twisted knee when he was supposed to take the days off for family and rest. He patiently came three days in a roll to help me solve the troubles that came up following one another, help me buy the parts from warehouse with reasonable service and parts charges. In addition to performing great and clean works, he also provide helpful advises on household maintenance. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Andy!

The sales rep was very helpful on guiding me through selecting the right equipments. The installation was quick. Whenever I triggered the false alarm, the operator can reach me or my secondary contact at a timely manner. Overall I am satisfied.

I recently bought a 16 year old house with ashphalt shingle that is almost reached its end of life. I approached Rockyview for a quote to replace the roof. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Then Justin responded to my inquiry promptly and showed up at my house the next day. After inspection he fixed the leaks, replaced the shingles that got blown away, and applied clear scellant to the spots on the shingles that had no granules on, so I can wait for another year before replacing the roof. The sales man from Alberta Hardwood Flooring is awesome! We were out of our mind trying to sand our own floor to save some money. Of course we did a very horrible job and almost destroyed the floor. When I thought the floor was hopeless and approached Larry for help. He came to inspect the floor, and gave me options of refinishing and new installations. He recommended me to give my floor another chance and referred me at no cost to one of his trusted partnering contractor. They saved my floor in the next business day. We heavily damaged our hardwood floor by sanding it poorly ourselves (stupid way to save money). Although they are super busy, they still manage to squeeze out time to visit my house within a coupe of days and completed the refinishing project within 12 hours. Just bought my first house, and Keith came to help me clean the furnace, He was very helpful on giving informative advices: Taught me how to maintain the furnace, pick up filter material with correct size, manufacturer that I should avoid when replacing the furnace in the future, etc. He paid attention to details.
