The electricians were all knowledgeable. They helped offer solutions to potential issues and explained in understandable terms. I would definitely use 360 Comfort again. Everyone was helpful; from the technicians, operations manager, to finance... all were helpful in dealing with or adjusting to changes.

We need to replace a number of sliding doors and windows. Our consultation with Warren filled all the gaps we had in understanding the options and duration of the project. Our second consult with measurements and further detail rounded out and reinforced our initial consult. The crew (Jason, Joel, Clinton, Jon, and Warren) did a great job. They cleaned all the surfaces for the install (retro-fit) and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I (and my wife) were thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, product knowledge, customer service, and results. When we get the other windows done, we will be calling Centra. We are rather particular and value customer service... we hope that if we have issues with the product Centra follows through with a their customer relations and a resolution. Given our first impression of the team in Victoria we have good faith in the ability to work with us, deliver and maintain customer relations should we have any issues with the product or install.
