I needed a fridge, paid online and was told later that it is on back order.... I just asked for a refund, I do need a new fridge sooner, I have been trying to get my money back since... the company insists on a store credit.... The lack of integrity with this company is mind blowing Please do yourself a favor and pay the little extra to get decent service. Attached are the half standard emails I keep receiving when requesting a refund.

I have been postponing this upgrade to my house for years, finally searched for 3 quotes and one of them was with Dan. He came and provided me a fair quote, and fixed, the other companies quotes were: *starting at $xxxx*. The service was 10/10, there was an issue with the size of my garage door structure where the new door was to be installed, but Dan went above and beyond to deliver what he promised. I deal with many contractors every year (as a property manager as well) but Dan and Mario were easy and pleasant to deal with.

May 2017, we finally installed an AC in our rental in Durham. Allan was great and really accomodating through the whole process, I changed my mind few times on the unit I wanted and Allan patiently explained the pros and cons each time. The quote they provided was also very competitive. The job was done in 6hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Allan with Saving for Home Services for any heating/cooling project/repair.

Only a year after buying our house, we found out that the roof need to be changed. Having to replace a roof is no fun, but I did my reserach and had 5 companies who came to see the roof and provided a quote. I ended up going with Jason not only for the price but the way Jason walked us through the process; he helped us out as we certainly did not plan on a big project for the house this year. Two years ago our basement bathroom was completely gutted and replaced after some leaks and cracks. After few quotes, we decided to go ahead with Natanael's team, not the cheapest quote we got; but we like what was planned and suggested to us. For better results, I think Natanael's team rather not use the cheapest materials. The work was completed on time and the result is beautiful. The team was also truly pleasant to work with.

Like many homeowners, I was dragging on this task until I decided to check out some companies and ask for quotes. I reached out to three - all of them providing me the quote, some just gave the quote over the phone but I was set on Brad's company after our conversation on the phone, he also dropped by to see the work that needed to be done before giving me a price. THey came at the date we agreed (two weeks later) and completed the job professionally with his teammate. They also cleaned the backyard of any chunk of woods. Brad's price is honestly reasonable and his professionalism topped it, we will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends / families looking to for a tree removal service.
