We needed to replace a few hinges on some kitchen cupboards and decided it would be good to buy enough for all the cupboards so we'd have them on hand when others wore out. My husband took an original in and Counter Service chose & gave him the ones we would need to replace them. 20 Flap Stay Duo For Wood Door x $20 + tax = $446, along with a note on the packing slip "No returns or refunds. Final Sale". All fine -- except that they gave us the wrong ones! And refused to take them back even though it was their mistake! So what's this all about? Did they have old stock they wanted to get rid of so they pawned it off on us just to clear their shelves? It's their fault and they won't make good on it. Very disappointed. An expensive lesson for us. Would not recommend this company at all!

The Ecoline people were very personable and responded quickly to any questions we had - the salesman, the installers, the phone/office staff. The installers cleaned up nicely after their work. The windows look great. It will be nice to get a breeze going through the house this summer & hopefully reduce our AC electrical bill. Looking forward to seeing how they perform next winter.

Our Panasonic microwave quit working just before Christmas. I was anxious to have it back by Christmas Day, so Hitek rushed to replace the inverter and got it back to us in time. Thanks for the good service.

Excellent service and our bill was exactly the same as the estimate. They received the part on Friday afternoon and worked hard so we could get the air conditioner back before the weekend.
