I called Shawn at Granstone Electrical to install a 240v outlet for our EV charger. He was fast, professional and we've had no issues ever since (going on 9mths+ now). Would certainly recommend!

We received NCI's name from a neighbour on our street who was pleased with the work and since I trust their word, that was good enough to get started. Once the time came, our front and back yard was complete within a day, which was nice. The crew that came, led by Tom, was hard working and polite although there was an issue with the install that needed a correction on a separate day however that was taken care of and I have no concerns. The owner, Craig, was responsive (via text), fair and professional. Since this past summer when it was installed we've had zero issues and the lads came out and closed the system for the winter. Overall we're happy with the work, the company and would recommend if you're looking for an irrigation project!

We will never do business with Meeta, the owner of Planet Granite at 106A-1140 Morrison Drive in Ottawa, Ontario ever again, nor will we ever refer any business their way based on how Meeta, their owner, conducts herself and represents her company. She nickle and dimed us at every opportunity, constantly contradicted herself in emails giving us a quote in one email and a different one several weeks later - nor would she honour those prices either because "she forgot what she was quoting" so because it was a mistake, she feels she doesn't need to honour it. Will not own up to mistakes, does not act with any sort of integrity and is only interested in her own pursuits rather than the interests of a customer. She hung up on me after I presented her with facts and proof of her mistakes because she wasn't able to rebuttal them with any sort of credibility and even threatened to sue us if we contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to express our extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction. Eventually resorted to texting me as she no longer wanted to try to come to a resolution over the phone. There is no professionalism here and I would recommend you do your research thoroughly before making a final decision as the post-sales customer service is non-existent. Utterly disgusted and a very frustrating experience overall. 0/10!

DearDarryl, As we know that this matter has nothing to do with the granite price, quality, time management and installation. The problem is about the plumbing. My company is not a plumbing company. My company is a granite fabricator and installer. I don’t know the exact price to do the extra plumbing. I assuming about the price and gave a price for one plumbing and I’d told you to get the right quote from the certified plumber for extra plumbing. You spoke with the plumber and he agreed with the price but he has to charge HST on it but you argue and don’t want to pay the tax to save money. He can’t agreed with this matter and I knew you was very upset and in stress because you can’t get a plumber who can do plumbing on the same day with the best price he’d offered. You argued to get discount from me and threatening to stop the check that you'd paid for the granite installation and make a complain to BBB if I don’t offer the price as you want and I can’t do it because I am not the plumber. You became too excelerate. I ask you to calm down yourself and call me back before I hung up the phone. I am so sorry I hang up on you that put down your pride and honor. Once again, I truly apologized from the bottom of my heart for any inconvenience caused. I understood buying a new house and the whole renovation, time and money put you into so much stress.
