We just had our 23 year-old carpet removed from the stairs and 2nd floor hallway & master bedroom. We needed the new hardwood floor to match the existing maple on the main floor. Sam took great care to procure the right wood and stain and gave us a very fair estimate. All our questions were met with a very quick and attentive response from Sam, who explained how the job would proceed and made sure we were happy with the results. Sam's crew, led by Alex, was very prompt, thorough and hardworking. The work was done in 4 days and we are very happy with the result. Zorik came over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He ordered a new part and installed it as soon as it arrived. My dishwasher is very old, and when a different issue came up Zorik again diagnosed it in no time! I was very happy with his work.

David did a great job cleaning our carpet, which had quite a few stains. I had tried other cleaning companies in the past but David did the best job. Very thorough and professional. He even left us with protective booties so we wouldn't re-soil the newly cleaned carpet - much appreciated! Definitely recommend his work!
