BG Foster in North York

Over the last 6 years we have purchased many pieces from Naked Furniture for our bedrooms including 4 bookcases, armoire, dresser, desk, file drawer, and a trundle bed. I finished a few of the pieces myself and others were finished by Brian and team in a natural finish. We had two pieces done with a custom finish to match other furniture in those rooms - they were an excellent match and look really good. We really like the pieces we have from Naked Furniture, the buying experience was excellent, and the furniture looks great. We recommend Naked Furniture to our friends and will be back again when we need our next new piece.

I replaced 35yr old+ windows in 5 bedrooms in my house with new triple pane casement windows. I researched the top window companies in Ontario and got 3 quotes, including Casa Bella. The salesperson, Mathew was very responsive and helpful. The install team of Bill, Kyle, Donny, and Andrew were excellent and they were very professional, great workmanship, and cleaned up really well both days. The install team was one of the best crews I have ever had do work in our home. My neighbour also had a great experience with Casa Bella about a year ago when he rebuilt his house from the ground up and used Casa Bella windows throughout. I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation and use them again in the future.

Craig and Jaren were great to work with. They both took the time to assess the situation and suggest a solution that works for my yard and fits in budget. They have the right tools for the job and take the time to do things right. They are very fair and reasonable to work with, when it comes to changes, extras, or working through any misunderstandings. I would have them back to do another project anytime and will continue to recommend them to my friends.

Hugo and his team were fantastic to deal with. They are responsive, understanding, and very customer focused. Hugo went out of his way to find the exact sink and accessories that we wanted for our kitchen add-on. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and it looks great! Hugo was quick to resolve and fix a few minor misunderstandings between us (that are very typical for a project like this). The real test of a good contractor in my mind is how misunderstandings/oversights by either party are worked out - Hugo got an A+. The installation was done efficiently over 2 days, the sub trades he arranged all arrived on time and did great work. We have already recommended Perfecta Kitchens to one friend and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Brent was a pleasure to work with. He has a no nonsense customer centric approach that is rare these days. As a newer home owner he provided excellent advice on repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs. Brent was very patient with his explanations and detail oriented in his inspection. He spends the time to make sure that you have all the little questions answered and has a wealth of experience in everything around the home. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone, he is top notch! Next time we buy a home, we are calling Brent again for sure.
