Had Diamond in to help troubleshoot humidity in basement. Egbert was very friendly and easy going. Although no definitive source of the humidity was discovered, some unnoticed issues were pointed out by Egbert. Thanks to the extra pair of eyes, we will be rectifying these deficiencies.

Discovered mold while planning to develop the basement of our house.Of the 3 companies I called, Guy from Matrix was quick to reply and investigate the issue and the cause. Guy was eager to help and may have spread himself and his crew a little thin, causing some scheduling short comings. After the initial remediation more mold was discovered in some hidden areas. Matrix was contacted and was on site the next day to remove the additional mold and also offered to remove a fairly large pile of contaminated construction waste for the inconvenience. Guy also left an air mover an extended period of time for me use, which was greatly appreciated as the moisture (which caused the mold) was present a week later. Once thing dry out and we figure out the root cause of the moisture I will be contacting Guy and Matrix again to bid on the repairs necessary to fix the problem.

Called Baki's texturing for a quote to blend in a few ceiling patches made from removing ceiling speakers and moving a light. Shane responded quickly to get in his quote and also pointing out a couple of conditions that may affect the finish product. We are very happy with the finished product. Working on a popcorn ceiling is a messy job when Shane was finished the patches were blended perfectly and the mess was cleaned up. I would recommend Baki's texturing, experienced and very personable.

Keith was in last week to clean our furnace and ducts. He was early for his appointment which was great. I found Keith to be very knowledgeable, and performed quality work . He alerted me to a couple of issues quickly fixed the one and informed me what to buy to fix the other. I have already recommended to a friend and we will be calling him to do work for us again. Highly recommended.

We wanted a garage, and weren't looking forward to finding a competent company that could do the job the way we wanted. After reading internet reviews and talking with 2 other garage companies we chose Gecko Projects. We are extremely happy with our garage Derrick and his great crew built for us. We were at the mercy of Calgary spring weather, but with good communication with Derrick, with almost daily updates on scheduling, they had the concrete poured and the garage up in no time. The 3 city inspectors, that were required for this project, all commented on the workmanship, done properly, neat and tidy. I am the envy of my friends with that garage door and belt drive garage door opener. I would highly reccommend Derrick and his crew at Gecko Projects. Thanks again
