My main water shutoff within the house was leaking so I called Award Plus Plumbing to see what they could do. From the beginning, Alex took the time to answer my questions, walked me through the process and guided me on how to coordinate with the city. The price was lower than most other plumbers I contacted but the service was fantastic. Alex arrived on time, was very friendly, talked me through the replacement as he was working and finished quickly. We'll definitely use Award Plus again.

We couldn't be happier with the water heater and HVAC install from CoreTemp. Right from the first call to Richard, he was friendly, personable and took the time to answer all my questions. He walked he through the entire process from start to finish and when the time came for the install, it went exactly as he described. I was extremely relieved that Richard did not subcontract the work out to anyone else, but rather handled the consult, phone calls and installation. Richard worked with us on designing a layout that allowed us to maximize the space in the room.  On the day of the install, Richard and Eric arrived on time, as promised, and worked quickly to install our tankless water heater and HVAC system over two days. They were both extremely respectful of our home, including being careful not to damage the walls and cleaning up after the work was done. When the units were installed, all the pipes/wires were tucked and stapled away for a really clean look and useable space. The passion they showed right from the beginning was the assurance we needed to know CoreTemp was the right company for the job. The treated our install as if it were their home, which is how we know we picked the right company for the job

Hosein and his team were excellent. Before the job, I had a lot of questions and Hosein patiently took the time to answer all my questions. On the day they came to install the pot lights, Hosein and his team were punctual and the process went exactly as they described it (We planned the layout together, picked the lights and they started the work). Being curious, I asked questions while they worked and Hosein took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. Within about 3 hours they had fully installed 25 pot lights wired to four dimmers. We were extremely happy with the results and will definitely use them again when we upgrade the lights in our basement.

My wife and I were getting ready to purchase our first home. After calling around to several home inspectors, my wife got a great vibe from Steve noting that he took the time to explain the entire inspection process and answer all of her questions. We were sold and decided to bring Steve in to perform the inspection and we were even more impressed. The inspection was incredibly thorough and even more importantly he explained each check to us as he performed it, including what he was looking for, if he found anything, how severe it was, etc. We were provided with a full 45+ page report within 48 hours outlining all the issues found, recommendations and severity. The report gave us time to sit down and digest all the information at our pace in addition to learning it on the spot with Steve at the time of the inspection. The entire experience was great and we would fully recommend Steve and AA Elite to others looking for a home inspector.
