We had an undeveloped basement that we wanted to turn into an enjoyable living space for ourselves and any guests that stay over. Fadi helped us to plan the space, then did a fantastic job making it a reality. He had great input when it came time to choose colours/flooring/etc and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. Fadi and his team did most of the work themselves and were always in communication with us about what the next steps were and what their expected timeline was. We get frequent comments from others that ours is one of the nicest and most professional looking basements/bathroooms our friends/family have seen! I have recommended Fadi to others and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking, professional contractor.

You can tell Nate is passionate about what he does! He has been great for explaining his recommendations, answering our questions and having great communication (including calling us back a year later for our AC install when the Calgary flooding prevented it from being able to happen in 2013). His crew was always on time and respectful of our house, making sure everything was cleaned up appropriately. We appreciated the follow up at the end to show us how to properly use our new unit as mnay of the thigns he said no to do were exactly the things my husband would have done! I would recommend him to anyone who asked!
