Have used Mike's services for many years than I can remember. He is our "go to" guy whenever our two gas fireplaces require attention. He is prompt, courteous, helpful and does a heck of a good job. He gets top marks from me.

Had 29 windows installed in June 2012. As pleased with the result now as I was then. Great staff, Joan our go-to person, the young lady who made us comfortable when we visited the Showroom: the person who came and took and discussed all the measurements with us, hardworking Andrew and Nick who did the installation, can't recommend these two guys highly enough. Diligent and professional in their approach, and not one scrap of debris to be seen upon completion of the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and have recommended them to friends.

Pay a little more attention to ensuring that the windows are properly clean.
