We replaced two 20+ year old A/C units. Distinct replaced 2 furnaces over 10 years ago and it was a no brainer to hire them again. I cant recommend Distinct enough as their installation of the A/C units was excellent AGAIN. Kristian and Jaden arrived exactly on time both days and were very personable as well as respectful of our home. They explained what work they would be doing each day and when they left for the day, you wouldnt have known that they had even been there. After the installation was complete, Kristian programmed the thermostats and explained the winter shut down and spring activation procedures. A few days later, the office contacted us to make sure that we were happy with the whole process. Just an excellent service from start to finish.

Service was exactly as promised. Three technicians arrived on time and worked for three days until the project was completed. The work was meticulous and the cleanup was excellent. Before they left, they explained the system, helped program the new thermostats and answered all of our questions. Nate followed up a few days later to ensure that we were completely satisfied. When an issue with one of the thermostats came up a few weeks later, Nate dealt with it quickly and professionally. The way the project was handled from start to finish inspired our complete trust, and we have since recommended Distinct to our friends.
