Placed an order for glass tabletops. No one called us when they were ready - instead their delivery people just showed up at our door unannounced - no one was at home to take the delivery.. None of their staff returned our phonecalls to reschedule delivery - they kept telling us we will call you to reschedule but never did. I had to be proactive and keep following-up for delivery to take place. When we told them about their poor service they were completely indifferent and unapologetic. Very poor customer service and would definitley not recommed this company to any of my friends.
