I cannot say how disappointed I am in Sparkle and their reps (Chris, Allon, etc...). They don't answer the phone during buiness hours and don't have the courtesy of returning voicemails with simple "yes or no" type answers. Have faught with this all summer but am now forced to take my business elsewhere. They had been taking care of our pool for quite a few years, but no more.
