An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Had combined furnace and AC maintenance . Why did they originally schedule two appointment to my address , one at 11:00 for heating , and one at 12:00 for AC ? Note for process improvement - As you did in this instance , make use of one technician going to one address performing two tasks , rather than potentially sending two technicians to one address to do one task , each back to back . Excellent service technician . Polite , courteous and extremely knowledgeable .
