I always use atlascare for my furnace and air conditioning service. The customer service is top notch, from initial phone call, to appointment confirmation, reminders and notifications about when the technician is coming along with their picture, which is an added security benefit. The technicians are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Karen and her team were incredibly professional and helpful. Karen helped us to choose the blinds that would best fit our space, TJ kept us in the loop for scheduling and Jaime was so nice, quick and efficient with the installation. We could not be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

Such amazing service!! We called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon as we were not getting any cold water to the upstairs bathroom meaning we couldn't use our shower or flush the toilet. Within an hour of calling, Rick was at our house and was able to quickly asses and fix the problem. He explained everything to us and even made suggestions for future improvements. The fact that we were able to get someone to help us out so quickly was amazing, especially on a Sunday, and we were so grateful for the incredibly efficient and professional service that Rick provided for us. Would definitely call Rick and Mr. Rooter to come back and help us with any future issues or work that needs to be done. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Good customer service is hard to find but Mr. Rooter is the exception!

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the locks re-keyed as well as have a lock fixed that was giving us trouble. I called George and he came the very next day for a consultation and to give me options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about costs. We chose to have his Torres system installed as well as have all of our deadbolts replaced and some new ones added based on his suggestions. He came back after the weekend and completed the job for us over two days. One of our locks was very tricky but he was able to source information to have it fixed which was tremendously appreciated. From the time I called to final installation was a matter of days which was excellent service in my eyes. He and his crew were very professional, walking us through everything he was doing and making sure we were happy with the result. I wanted to feel safe and secure in our new home and with George's recommendations, that has been accomplished. I would highly recommend George and his team.
