UPDATE: Not even 3 years into this and I have boards separating and now the main gate just fell off the hinges. Not even 3 years! Stay away from this company. To begin the process John was great. He came out, gave a detailed quote, and was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive. He answered my questions within a business day or two. I contacted the company in the winter to be able to be set up for spring. Once everything was agreed and deposit paid, the guys started early. We were happy with that. The work dragged a little but there was weather and other issues. Once the deck was done we had a look around and seemed like everything was ok. About a week later a white film like substance had showed up on the deck boards in numerous areas but mostly near the house. This is where the guys needed to use adhesive to complete the small boards closest to the home. We contact John to come and look and they figured it was clean off. After trying all cleaning methods it was not coming off and it was obviously adhesive from the install. John refused to acknowledge that the guys might have done this and refused to do anything to fix the situation, unless I paid for all new material and he would install free of charge. This was less than 2 weeks later on a $19,000 deck. I found 2 other areas of install issues that I brought forward and nothing was done about them either. I work in trades as well and if we ever did this to a client we would be out of business fast. This is a perfect example of take the money and run. I would never recommend these guys to work as they walked with my $19,000 and left me very unhappy and with a product i feel like i got screwed on.

We called and paid for our lawn care servide in April 2015. We paid for 5 lawn treatments, weed control, over seeding and aerators. We were told within a week they would be out to aerate and over seed. They did not show. I called in and they advised I was on the "RUSH" list to get this done and would be in 3-5 business days. I gave them a week and noone shows again. I call a second time and I get the same story. So I leave it and give them 10 days. They do not show. I receive an email from them advising they will be out next day shortly after. Noone shows up. I call a 3rd time and no record of an email and promise to come out in 3-5 business days....also im on the rush list. So I give one more chance. Noone shows for another 10 days. We are into June now. I call a 4th time and get the same crap and it was then that I cancelled my service and demanded money back. Now its going to be 2-4 weeks to get my money back! Worst company ever. Would NEVER recommend these people to pull dandelions let alone take care of a yard all season.

From start to finish this company was great. Answered all questions promptly, great product, friendly staff. On time template, install and the tops look great. Fair price. I would highly recommend this company for anyone.

At first we really liked everything about New Image. The guys were easy to deal with. Beautiful products with great pricing. Labour costs were down because I believed they were a smaller company. The deposit was put down, and product ordered. The flooring was delivered when they said it would be. The guys started on the day we agreed on, but thats when the problems started. The crew that was sent to do the work had no idea what flooring was going where. We had two types of tile and laminate flooring to be installed throughout the house. If we werent there I wonder what would have happened as I had to explain what went where. They started tear out and prep the first day and did manage to get some flooring completed. However, The tiles in the bathroom were crooked, lifting, and done poorly. They put my toilet on wrong and flooded the bathroom and that in turn leaked into my kitchen downstairs and stained my ceiling. They used a terrible cheap powder filler between the bathroom tile that got vaccumed up and left huge gaps in the floor. The main floor tile was crooked and had huge gaps all over. The owner shawn had to come to my house 2 times to see poor workmanship and the damage to my ceiling. When the job was done I was very unhappy and there was alot of areas that needed to be fixed. In all fairness Shawn was great to deal with. He agreed to paint my main floor ceiling because of the stain. However again the crew came in and painted the ceiling only to splatter oil based paint all over my walls, floor and furniture. Shawn did agree to have the tile grouted and sealed to fix the bad work, however that took months to accomplish and 3 different people/crews to come and get it done right. He had to knock off $1200 from the bill due to the damage his crew did to my home. The sub trade crews for this business are terrible. Poor work, terrible attention to detail, and just sloppy all around. This job cost New Image Flooring money due to all the screwups. The guys in the showroom are great to deal with, however if the crews dont figure it out they will ruin this business, My floor started March 17th, and was done May 31st. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
