Barb Simkin from Guelph

Took advantage of a special for annual tuneup of both my high efficiency furnace, which was installed by Aire One and also my air conditioner. The serviceman Louis, arrived on time and spent two hours cleaning both my units. He replaced a fllter on the furnace and installed a new thermostat which had been acting improperly. He was very polite and patient as he instructed me on the use of the new thermostat and explained other issues on how to maintain optimum performance on both units. Although it was a very sunny and dry day, he took the time to wear booties on his shoes to maintain cleanliness. I am very happy with Aire One both with their furnace I purchased and the maintenance performed. I will continue to work with them and would gladly refer them to my friends. B.Simkin
