After receiving 3 quotes for this project I contracted with Avenue Road Masonry to have my 100 year old chimney rebuilt plus some brick replacement. Chris was always on time; he presented and explained the work to be done, the risks, the costs, the options and the added costs (for hydro wires to be covered) involved. The Avenue Road quote was much less than the other two I received and Chris spent more time with me to ensure I understood everything. His team was efficient, always cleaned up as they went and did the job within the scheduled time frame. I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethics and would certainly use them again for other masonry and roofing needs.
