I have a service contract monthly - includes filter for annual checkup - Tech was on time, very respectful, professional, knowledgeably and informative. He took time to answer questions and explain details of testing results....all A-1 including our system! I would also add that our sales representative was very helpful and the installers were fantastic as well - we switched from electric to gas about a year ago when we bought our home...Aire One - second to none - highly recommend them!

What could this company do to improve their services?
wow - i dont know! I have had all my needs met. Oh, one thing - perhaps the IT system on the inside...somehow I got a "Suggested" maintenance plan for checkup with an invoice if I booked it - but....i am on the monthly maintenance plan and dont pay for my yearly checkups...somehow the computer system did not flag that and i got it in the mail as mentioned above...waste of paper, time, and for me - an email to my rep because i was concerned something was wrong with our plan that we bought...all good but perhaps your computers have some glitch.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Call Aire-One - they will explain everything including any government rebates, etc. very happy. I used them before - and now again...i would def use them again in the future.
