We had bad experiences with 2 other Fireplace maintenance outfits. They broke parts and all left us with very uneasy feelings about our 2 fireplaces. Found Imran's number on an old business card inside one of the fireplaces and called him right away. Should have called him first. He came and provided us with the comfort level we required to operated a safe unit. Replaced sensors and performed a much needed cleaning in addition to painting the inner core. Both are now looking and operating like new. He restored our faith in service and most important taught us everything we needed to know about fireplace operation. Thanks Imran. Your the Best.
