I live near Ottawa and got Mr Eric Lacoste as installer for my new windows and door. He exceeded my expectations! Their installer was very knowledgable, very professional, fast, very clean, and very friendly! The door has very elegant hardware, the screens are baby mosquitos and pets proof, and they seem invisible. The windows have locks, stoppers and buttons to open them in various positions. Every frames and inside of the windows are insulated; I saw a difference the first night of the installation even if the finitions were not on. The frames of the windows and of the door already have primer. The company is always there at every steps of the whole project and do above and beyond for the client, which is unique.
