Although we were only a minor furniture move, Chris gave us his full attention and we were never made to feel unimportant. The guys doing the move turned up on time, and were skilled, quiet and considerate. We would happily use them again.

We have used Dwayne's services for well over a decade and he has consistently provided good value, very thorough, reliable and effective work. We have him clean all carpets and furniture throughout the house once every two years and also call him when accidents happen. One recent example was when some very greasy hand moistening cream got spilled on a carpet and he was able to remove it completely, with no trace of there having been an accident: much better than I had any right to expect. I now use Knight Heating and Plumbing for all my HVAC needs. Unlike other companies I have dealt with, I never feel I’m being unduly “sold” to and that instead, I will get honest advice about what I need and don’t need. I also like that they usually assign the same technicians to my jobs, so we get to know their experts, which adds to the feeling of having a trusting relationship.

This was a significant project, as the old furnaces were over 20 years old and so a new exhaust system had to be designed and installed, as well the installation of the new equipment. Throughout the whole process, the men involved, Karl, Willie, Kevin, Shawn and Jeff (I asked for their names) were a pleasure to have around the house. People turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and were pleasant and humorous the whole time, even on one occasion when it was clear that things weren’t going as smoothly as they’d thought. I’ve used Knight for several projects now and have always felt that their prices were reasonable, their service levels and attention to detail were good, that I wasn’t being “upsold” and that I was getting knowledgeable, unbiased advice whenever I had questions. Highly recommended. An update: we subsequently had a problem with the carbon monoxide detectors going off. In the event, it turned out that this wasn't connected with the work they'd done, but Knight were extremely helpful in fitting me in as an emergency call-out, even though I live in Bragg Creek, well beyond the city

Cal Hatton was very flexible when it came to scheduling the initial meeting for the estimate, the work was done to a very high standard in line with schedule and budget and Cal has once again been very helpful when it came to the completion of the work and putting back into place some of the heavier items of furniture.
