Carl and Mace Masonry’s work is stellar! I first came across their work when I noticed an absolutely beautiful porch, steps, and retaining wall at a house a block over from where we live. When we needed some brick and concrete work done on our century home shortly thereafter, we hesitated to contact Mace Masonry at first as our job was quite small. But Carl and team responded quickly and eagerly took it on, helping us to replace several bricks in our enclosed porch interior wall that the previous owner had just filled with styrofoam. They also did some tuck pointing and replaced the concrete threshold under the back door, all within a day. The team worked hard, carefully, and efficiently, and the end result was flawless. And when we recently ran into an emergency situation with a hole going through both layers of our brick side wall, Carl again immediately came to the rescue and skillfully fixed the situation, all with a cheerful attitude to boot. We won’t trust our brickwork to anyone else.

When my wife and I moved into our home recently, we knew we needed to replace our furnace right away. After reviewing our options, we decided to go with Cozy World. I’m so happy we decided to work with them; they were very knowledgable, informative and thorough. Farhad came by to assess our house and went through all the details with us and gave us a step-by-step break down of what we needed to do. We were also faced with a challenge regarding our water heater which we previously had replaced by Enercare. We were unhappy with the service provided as they vented it in the wrong place. We brought this to Farhad’s attention and he ensured that his team could address our problem. He sent two of his very skilled workers to replace our furnace and fix our water heater at the same time and they did a great job! Farhad was always available to answer our questions and was patient and very helpful. His workers were extremely efficient and hard working. We are now considering asking them to install a Nest Thermostat for us as well. I would strongly recommend Cozy World if you’re looking to replace your furnace or upgrade your HVAC system for a competitive price and with a minimum of fuss. This was definitely the best service experience we’ve had with our new (older) house so far!
