I requested reliance to check my home comfort system and they sent a very nice guy name "Rudie". Rudie knows what he is doing, he is very pleasant to talk. He answered all the questions I had. Reliance would never lose a customer if people like "Rudie" works for them. Please keep your great service up Rudie
