i got an ac installed in my house on a thursday may 15 and of course they didnt get it to run because an electrician was suppoused to come in and do some work before that.What a surprise the next morning the heat wasnt working because they broke it when they were doing the ac, i phoned reliance and they sent a guy that burnt the fuses so i had to wait till the next day and they sent another guy that got it fixed.After one week of waiting i decided to call reliance they said my installation was not on file i had to call like 5 more times and nobody knew what was going on i got disconected like 4 times so everytime i called i had to explained everything again and again.finally i got to talk to the supervisor Meaghan and they sent the electrician john on friday may 23 ,he was very nice and got the job done in 15 min,right away i called the company MRG (hired by reliance)to come and finish the job but there was no answer.Today is friday may 24 i phoned reliance again and they are sending a guy in the afternoon im crossing my fingers i hope they finished the job,i had to call like 10 times in total and im wondering why , i have an 8 month old baby and it's hard for me to be on the phone they should be the ones calling me and getting their staff here to finish the installation.i do not recommend this company and i regret getting this ac from them.It's so nice when the sales person comes and makes it look so easy and simple ,a 3 hr job and that's it,yeah right!!!! Im very dissapointed
