I was a bit sceptical at first because their price was better than many other quotes I had received. However, Steven seemed like a great guy and something told me to take a chance… and I’m glad I did. Steven and his team were incredibly professional making sure that every aspect of the installation went well and most importantly, he’s honest and keeps his word. I’ve been burned by contractors in the past but Steven did everything he said he would do and more. It’s been 6 years since the installation and I still couldn’t be happier, the roof has held up great. I even called Steven recently to see if he could help me with a non-roof related issue and was surprised that despite not having spoken in so many years, he still remembered me by name and every detail of my installation and in the end, he not only was able to help me out, but he didn't charge me a cent to fix my issue. I was once again very pleasantly surprised. If you need roof work done, I highly recommend Top Art Roofing. You'll be hard pressed to find a nicer person/roofing contractor that you can trust, and who also does an amazing job.

This job started with Jason coming out to do an estimate on my attic and I knew right away this company was different than the rest. Jason took his time and made sure nothing was missed. He offered several tips on how to better ventilate the attic as well as a few other items. He was incredibly knowledgeable and better yet, very honest. I even called Jason when I was having my roof done in regards to roof vent recommendations and even though it had nothing to do with Insta-Insulation, he took the time to speak with me and provide me with all the facts I needed to make an informed decision. David, Stacey and Domenic were the installers who came to complete the installation and again I was incredibly impressed. They were great to work with; accommodating, very knowledgeable and they've obviously been doing this a while as they knew all the in's and out's of getting this job done right. I can't say enough about these guys, they made it an awesome experience. I would highly recommend this team and this company to anyone.

He was incredibly thorough, extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He's an incredibly friendly guy who really knows his stuff. The great thing is, this is the only service he provides. So you know when he tells you there's a problem it's because there really is a problem and NOT because he wants to sell you another service, like some of the other companies out there.
