Tony from Restoration 1 came to our home promptly on a holiday weekend after we suffered water damage from a broken pipe. The service was rendered with a high degree of professionalism and there was never a sense that we were being sold something we didn't want or need. Tony spent generous amounts of time explaining the situation, describing the alternative solutions and risks, and offered to get us in touch with the right contractors to fix the damage. We we also immediately offered fans for drying and preventing mould. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who has suffered water damage.
