Yilmaz and his team were EXCELLENT! Quality of work was impeccable - efficient and clean. Yilmaz was a great consultant, helping us to choose the right pot lights, switches, and security cameras. Installation was great and they took the time to measure everything for even spacing. He even returned to fix a faulty switch (my own) at no additional cost - that's great customer service! Polite and professional - very impressed!

When I had Faris review job requirements for my window cleaning job, I thought he was courteous and professional. He specifically reviewed my home and promised that his crew would do a thorough job, clean the mold out of tracks, and spray anti-bacterial etc. However, when it came time to deliver, they failed miserably. They didn't even bother to clean the tracks (not even attempted!) - they left horrible streaks all over the windows, they missed windows, didn't clean on the inside, and moved stuff around in the backyard, and didn't bother even putting things back properly - leaving me a bigger mess to deal with, then when they started. They offer a satisfaction guarantee - I asked for my deposit back, and was given many dismal excuses on why Faris couldn't return my money. ($100) He also said head office would call, they obviously don't care either as no call was received. Faris did offer to make it right, but after the first demonstration of incompetence, I was not too thrilled at having his crew trapesing through my home again. I hate having to leave such a bad review, but he left me little choice :(

Our house needed to have the dryer vent cleaned out. Paul came by the next day and was extremely diligent, professional and affordable. There was no upsell, just quality service. Paul took the time to educate me on the risks of fire from lint - he even went above and beyond and cleaned out our dryer - which we had paid another company to clean out a few days before (but they didn't even do anything properly!) - Paul took care of everything - will be hiring him when we need our ducts done in the future. Thanks Paul for your great service!
