We had some raccoons partying in our attic. It had been off and on for a while, but last week they got very aggressive and nothing I did would scare them away. They had broken a section of the soffit to get out but I didn't know how they were getting in. I sent an email request through the website and Michael called me back promptly. I was surprised that he was able to give me all the information I needed over the phone, as well as their price. I think it is very fair that they charge a flat fee for time regardless of the work. I thought that maybe this would mean that his workers would take more time to do the job, but as I found out, this wasn't the case at all. Arthur showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. He showed me with digital pictures that my roof problem was bigger than I had anticipated, as it seems that the previous owners had a similar problem and it was never fixed correctly. He not only fixed the problem for good, but tuned up the rest of the roof and advised me on general roof maintenance. He was honest, fast, and friendly. We were able to sleep because the raccoons are no longer able to use our attic for their all-night parties.
