6 years ago, we decided to remove the walls that separated the kitchen from the livingroom and dining room and provided an open concept. For years, we contemplated on what design we wanted and what would make our home feel inviting and warm. We spoke to many kitchen designers who gave us great ideas but only one designer provided us with an idea and vision we were looking for. Detailed Works brought our dream kitchen to reality. So many great designers could have been available but the craftsmanship, the customer service and the professionalism of Detailed Works made it all possible. Through every discussion, through every phone call, Detailed Works was there for us. Jonathan worked side by side with our contractors to prepare and guide them through each and every step. The project was a complete main floor gut job that required the whole area torn down to studs. New wiring, new insulation, new drywall, new floors and all added features discussed to the final detail so that once Detailed Works arrived with our beautiful kitchen, the pieces to the puzzle all came into place and the quality and workmanship of their kitchen is displaced to anyone who wishes to see quality at it's best. The front entrance door was just replaced in our home. The installer did a fantastic job. The old door was installed 10 years ago but was not installed professionally. The installer took approx. 2.5 hours to remove the old door and frame. This was his second install of the day and had to work later than he would normally work. The installer did not complain. The clean up was so good you would not know he was here cutting all day. What an amazing job. Thank you Shawn

We just replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless system. The installers did a good job, from removal of old unit to drilling holes for the vent pipes to hanging on the wall. Job was well done. Clean up was performed with no mess left at the site. My only issue was the thermostat is mounted slightly crooked to the front of the unit which is highly visible when walking into the laundry room. We are happy with the product and do not notice any difference with the supply of hot water. Looking forward to the money savings in the future. Thank you Shawn
